RC999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RC999 platform, website, and all associated services (collectively referred to as "RC999" or "the Platform"). By accessing RC999, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use RC999. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. RC999 recommends that all players review these Terms periodically.

3. Account Rules

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one RC999 account at any time. RC999 actively monitors for duplicate accounts using technical, financial, and manual verification methods. If two or more accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts except the first registered will be suspended. Any bonuses claimed using multiple accounts will be voided, and the combined balance may be reduced to remove any bonus-derived winnings.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your RC999 login credentials. RC999 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any two-factor authentication options available on the platform. You must notify RC999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. RC999 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An RC999 account is considered inactive if no login activity has occurred for 12 consecutive months. RC999 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts following a notification period. Players will be notified by mobile or email before any fee is applied. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your account at least once every 12 months.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits at RC999 are processed and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). RC999 does not apply currency conversion fees. Your account balance displays the exact PKR amount available for play or withdrawal at all times.

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. RC999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder will be returned and may result in account review.

5. Withdrawals

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

RC999 may delay or withhold a withdrawal in the following circumstances:

• An active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements is attached to the account balance

• The withdrawal amount includes funds originating from a reversed or disputed deposit

5.4 Withdrawal Method

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 500 bonus means you must place bets totalling Rs 15,000 before withdrawing winnings derived from that bonus.

6.3 Maximum Bet Rule

While an active bonus is attached to your account, the maximum single bet or spin permitted is Rs 500 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

13.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your RC999 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and outstanding balances returned. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the self-exclusion period. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, RC999 will process the closure immediately without waiting for any cooling-off period.

14. Changes to These Terms

RC999 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
